TASTE : Intense expression of fruity flavors on the first taste. Presents a good balance and long finish accompanied by exotic aromas of mango and apricot.
ACCOMPANIMENTS : Fresh and festive, this wine can be served either as
an aperitif or as a complement to shellfish, fish, white meats and cheeses.
IDEAL SERVING TEMPERATURE : 8/12°C
VINIFICATION : Foliar spraying. Grape maturity controlled. Night harvesting to keep grapes fresh. Cold stabilization of 4 to 8 days. Vinification at low temperatures. Use of inert gas to limit oxidation during press.
CONSERVATION : Drink within 18 months to guarantee the youthful aromas. Lie down in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
