GRAPES : 50% Syrah, 50% Merlot.

VISUAL ASPECT : Ruby red color with clarity and brilliance.
BOUQUET : Complex on the nose with notes of red fruits, like strawberry or blackcurrant, and spices, like pepper or vanilla.
TASTE : Exceptionally smooth mouth with fresh and fruity character. The wine has developed a nice length and has pleasant pepper notes.

ACCOMPANIMENTS : This wine is round, fruity, delightfully spicy, and will accompany light food well. It also can be served fresh as aperitif.

IDEAL SERVING TEMPERATURE : 16/18°C

VINIFICATION : Foliar spraying. Grape maturity controlled. Night harvests at full maturity. Maceration and fermentation of 10 to 15 days with a slight extraction. The fermentations temperatures are regulated at 20 to 25°C in order to increase the fruity aromas.
