GRAPES : 50% Syrah, 50% Merlot.

VISUAL ASPECT : Pale rose color with a beautiful brightness.
BOUQUET :Remarkable aroma of raspberry and hyacinth, 
with a slightly mentholated note.
TASTE : Round and full, marked by the character of strawberry and white nectarine, 
reminiscent of candy. A perfectly balanced wine.

ACCOMPANIMENTS : Fresh and festive, this wine can be served
as an aperitif or with any type of meal.
IDEAL SERVING TEMPERATURE : 10°C.

VINIFICATION : Foliar spraying. Grape maturity controlled. Night harvesting to
keep grapes fresh. Cold stabilization of 4 to 8 days. Vinification at low 
temperatures. Use of inert gas during press to reduce oxidation.

CONSERVATION : Drink within the year to guarantee the youthful aromas. 
Lay down in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
