GRAPES : 100% Petit Manseng.

VISUAL ASPECT : Intense yellow color with gold tints.
BOUQUET : The nose is very expressive and reveals intense aromas of honey, 
gingerbread and wood.
TASTE : A rich palate with deep and intense aromas. Exotic fruits mixed with spices and
a touch of sweet liqueur. Very fresh.

ACCOMPANIMENTS : This wine can be enjoyed alone or with foie gras, cheese, or especially desserts.

VINIFICATION : Foliar spraying. Grape maturity controlled. Night harvesting to
keep grapes fresh. Cold stabilization of 4 to 8 days. Vinification at low
temperatures. Use of inert gas during press to reduce oxidation.

CONSERVATION :This wine can be consumed immediately but also has good aging potential for those who are more patient. Lay down in a cool and dry
place away from sunlight.
