GRAPES : 100% Gros Manseng.

VISUAL ASPECT : Delightful pale yellow color with golden highlights.
BOUQUET : Scents of honey and hazelnuts
with a discreet touch of wood.
TASTE : Round and smooth on the mouth. Fresh and
slightly acidic, with aromas of honey and acacia as well as white peaches and nectarines.

ACCOMPANIMENTS : This wine can be served as an aperitif, 
or with Japanese dishes, blue cheese or desserts like apple pie.
IDEAL SERVICE TEMPERATURE : 10/13°C.

VINIFICATION : Foliar spraying. Grape maturity controlled. Night harvesting to
keep grapes fresh. Cold stabilization of 4 to 8 days. Vinification at low 
temperatures. Use of inert gas during press to reduce oxidation.

CONSERVATION : To guarantee its fresh qualities, this wine is best consumed
within 2 years. Lie down in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
