GRAPES : 100% Chardonnay.

VISUAL ASPECT : Bright with a beautiful straw color.
BOUQUET : Brioche on the nose, slightly roasted with citrus fruit notes and white fruit.
TASTE : On the palate, the wine is fresh and complex. This Chardonnay is
round with developed fruity notes and a hint of brioche.

ACCOMPANIMENTS : Fresh and complex, this wine would work well as an aperitif
and would perfectly accompany seafood or white meats in sauces.
IDEAL SERVING TEMPERATURE : 8/12°C

VINIFICATION : Foliar spraying. Grape maturity controlled. Night harvesting to
keep grapes fresh. Cold stabilization of 4 to 8 days. Vinification at low
 temperatures. Use of inert gas during press to reduce oxidation.

CONSERVATION : To guarantee its youthful aromas, this wine is best consumed
within 24 months to guarantee its flavors and freshness. It is also suitable for a
short aging (3/4 years). Lay down in a cool, dry place away from sunlight
